Doctor Please.

I did a little bit of research on migraine headaches. And some of the common triggers of it are:

  • stress
  • skipping meals
  • too much caffeine
  • certain foods (alcohol, cheese, pizza, chocolate, ice cream, fatty or fried food, lunch meats, hot dogs, yogurt, aspartame, or anything with MSG, a seasoning often used in Asian foods)
  • sudden changes in sleep patterns
  • changes in hormone levels
  • smoking
  • weather changes
  • travel
  • Well, I've been having migraine for 3 long weeks.. It so painful.. And it is kind of affecting a sense of vision. Can't really see well. Have been popping panadol. From the normal kind to the extra strong. And i must say the extra strong is really extra good! the normal one is lousy man.. Haha. I shouldn't rely on these kind of medication so often. If not my parents will think I'm some kind of drug addict since I've got 2 boxes of panadols on my table.

    I haven't eaten the whole day. Kind of losing my appetite lately. I feel more tired than hungry. Surprisingly. It's not the normal me. Well, the normal me is always want to sleep and always hungry! Now lacking on one side. In fact, i don't even know what am i typing about because I'm not exactly using my brain. So pardon me if everything sounds weird.

    Waiting for dinner to come home.. First meal of the day. Haven't been eating lately. Yesterday,  I only ate a few strains of noodles,2 meat balls and 4 slices of fishcake. So far today, haven't eaten anything. So feeling a bit hungry now. Hopefully, i will have the appetite to eat. Mummy's buying KFC home. Don't really feel like eating that though. But since Mummy wants to eat that, I'm fine with it. Besides, i don't have any cash on me also. Haha. So, she's paying! Well, actually, i think my Daddy is paying for it.

    Last night was good.. Exceptionally good for me.. Cause... Haha.. Secret. Woot~
