I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday.

I went to get my hair done on Tuesday. Sat there for 5 hours! But to my surprise, I paid an amount that to me, seem pretty cheap! Paid only $120 Cool right?

Had a amazing Christmas This year. Went to East Coast Park to countdown.

The year is coming to an end. 2009 has certainly been a year to trials and testing. And this year was really tough. But i believe that 2010 will be even greater and better!

I Can't Sleep, I Just Can't Breathe.

Well, it's really late now and i can't sleep. Looks like there is a shift in my sleeping time. There's so many things on my mind and weighing in my heart. But blogging isn't a very wise place for me to pour out everything.

It has been a very long time since i last blogged. Well, guess I've been lazy and for the past 2 weeks, my laptop was sent for repair because i screen started to have "Disco". But it's back!

It has been really tough the past 2 months. Felt like hell. But, oh well..

My First Halloween.

Celebrated Halloween with E478 on Friday night. Watch The Exorcism Of Emily Rose. I must say that until now, i can still remember how she looks like. Very haunting!! Wasn't as scary as i thought it would even though i had a few screams.

I had my first visit to TCC last Sunday. Had a great time there. And the food was good too! Maybe because i was with the right person, at the right time, at the right place. Haha!

Time To Update.

I know this is rather late, but i just got the photos only today. So i finally can blog about these events.

First up! Went to the Zoo with Michelle on the 10th. Haven't been there for almost a decade! Changed a lot. Had lots of fun. More photos uploaded on Facebook already.

After the Zoo trip, we went to watch Gamer. Not my type of show but this was what they had left for the both of us to watch :(

Movies Is A Part Of My Life.

Watched G-Force with the kids last week during the youth outreach. Very cute show. Haha. And then watched Aliens in the attic today. It was okay also. Love watching movies!

Faith.

I was doing the application Facebook on 'What does God want You To Know'. And today, it was on Faith. And this is what the message said:

On this day of your life, Elizabeth, we believe God wants you to know...
... that faith is exactly what it takes to get through uncertainty.

Faith is not necessary when you know how things are going to work out, - that's knowledge. It's in the time of unknowing that having faith is what sees you through to the other side. Faith is what gives you strength. Faith is that light in your heart that keeps on shining even when it's all darkness outside. Now is the time to keep that faith alive!

I started to recall those times when things were really tough for me. And taking the step of faith to trust God really took a great faith. And God was faithful. Even when i have been faithless, He still remains faithful. I'm so proud that i have a God who is alive and not dead! Thank You Jesus for not giving up on someone like me.

I went to work today. Decide to work to earn some money. Need it for something. And, the good news is, my bank account is no longer stuck at $3.09. For the past week, i've been saving. I'm learning how to save money. There's so many things i want to get. But i realised, building fund is coming. So, i started saving money too late to get those things. But it's okay. Giving to God is always a pleasure. And i can't wait to give again. Cause i know there are greater breakthroughs coming. I got to work more consistently now.

There's something that i also decided to start doing from tomorrow onwards. I'm going to eat lesser and do eat ups every night. I was called "Fat" twice today. Was really very sad. But someone did comfort me. To that person, "Thank You!"

My holidays have finally started. And honestly, i wished there is school. I miss my classmates. Haha. And all their jokes.

I can't wait for Cell Group meeting tomorrow. Each week, the presence of God gets stronger and stronger. And i'm loving each week more and more. :)

Had a great time with Joanne just now. Was really bored at home. And the only person who came to my mind to call was Joanne. She's my buddy!! Went Carl's Junior and ate Beef Chilli Fries even though i already had my dinner. Was really full after that. Then, we went to walk around and then settled down at Starbucks for a drink. Was a great time. Thanks Jo!

P.S: Part of me laughs, part of me cries, part of me wants to question why. Why is there joy? Why is there pain? Why is there sunshine in the rain. One day you're here, next you're gone.

Long Time No Blog.

It has been awhile since i last blogged. Didn't really have much to say. But anyway, caught some movies recently. Watched 'Where got ghost' about a week ago and caught 'The Proposal' this morning.

 

UT3 is finally over and my holidays are here. 5 weeks! Nice! I want to make this 5 weeks of holiday fruitful :)

Bittersweet.

I just came home from dinner and movie. Watch 'Overheard'. Thank goodness there were subtitles. Haha. I don't know how to rate the show. I was confused at one part. And the cinema was empty.. I guess, it wasn't up to expectations. With all these actors inside, i felt that it should have been better. But still.. Okay..

Eyes are swollen for a few days already. But it's better now.

What have i been doing the past few days?? Oh, Friday, i led offering in cell group for the first time. Was really nervous. But i think it was okay. Watch G.I Joe on Sunday with the members. Second time already. I miss my classmates, and i can't wait to go back to school on Thursday.

Celebrated City Harvest 20th Anniversary yesterday. It was an awesome celebration.

They are my heroes.

 

Pastor and Sun are the biggest heroes in my life. Was really touched yesterday by Sun's message to the church and to Pastor. They've sacrificed so much that no one knows. I am so honoured to be a part of the church. Thank you Pastor, thank you Sun! Without the both of them, i won't be where i am today. And i am forever grateful for everything you've done for the church. Muacks!!

Well, a few more weeks left to the end of the semester and we're going to change class already. I'm so going to miss W16L!! I seriously think that they are the best! I guess because we were together for the first 6 months and we really get along well.. I will miss all their jokes and fun we have in class.

I better start planning on what i should do for this week. If not, i think i would really be bored. Maybe i should just catch up on my sleep. Haven't been sleeping much over the weekend also anyway. Haha! But sometimes i think sleeping is just a waste of time. Haha. Unless, i'm really tired.

I've a decision yesterday to cut down on fast food and to save money. I realised that i eat fast food almost everyday! What a waste of money and i'm putting on weight! So, conclusion; less fast food, less weight gain, more money. So, starting from this week, i'm going to cut down on fast food, eat lesser as well and save money. Friends, please help me!  Haha.

Alright! Lesson is going to start in 20 minutes time. Shall go rest awhile. :)

Caught A Short Break.

It was a tough week for me. And this week seemed to pass so slowly. Was really quite stressed in school yesterday because of programming. Went down to SIM to meet Michelle, helped her a bit for her research. Then headed to Ehub to watch The Hangover. Watching this show was the only motivation for the day! Anyway, it was a funny show. Enjoyed it a lot. I want to watch more movies! I don't mind a short getaway also. Need to take time off to relax soon.

Another Week.

Finally, this week is over! It has been a very tiring week. So glad that it's over now. All my UT1 grades are out. I'm rather disappointed with them and UT2 is just over and it was really hard. Wonder how am i going to get my grades lifted.i really need to score well.

Anyway, had programming lesson yesterday and we're suppose to create our characters for a background. And this is my end product. It took me hours to get this done. Not bad right??

I want to watch movies again!! Another movie marathon. Haha.. I am addicted to the cinemas. Haha. Woohoo!! Next week!

Our 5th.

It's been about 2 weeks since i last blogged. I've got a good reason! I wasn't feeling well.. I feeling extremely sick. But i'm feeling much better now. Just want to say a few 'thank you'.

It was a nice show. Just had a great time yesterday! Can't wait to watch some more shows.

This whole week is filled with UTs.. Very stressful. Cause so far, it has been rather tough for me. :( I need a miracle.

Little Miss Sunshine.

Well, it has been a long time since i last blogged properly. So, i'm back to blog a little bit to update.

June was a really tough month for me. But i want to thank God that He never gave up on me and always loving me and embracing me even when i make mistakes. Thank You Jesus!

July has been much better. I've been really happy since Sunday morning! Anyway, just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Michelle, Eccleshia and Joyce for coming over to my house yesterday morning before service to see me. Was feeling really sick in the morning.

Haven't taken any photos lately.. So sad. I want to take photos again..

Okay! I've got to go. My team is up next for presentation. Haha. Woohoo!

One Man.

Went to catch The Taking Of Pelham 123 today. I must say, i really like it. And it reminded me of what Pastor preached before about Shamgar. One man can make a difference. This movie reminded me that one person who is willing, full of faith and courage can make a difference in the lives of the people in his city. It really encouraged me once again though the Youth camp just passed. Truly, one person can change a generation. It just takes one person who is willing to lay down his/her life.

Just came home not too long ago. Went to watch movie again. 'I love you, man'. Rather funny show actually.. And i think it's quite realistic. Not like some shows where everything is so" "kua zhang".. :)
