I know this is rather late, but i just got the photos only today. So i finally can blog about these events.
First up! Went to the Zoo with Michelle on the 10th. Haven't been there for almost a decade! Changed a lot. Had lots of fun. More photos uploaded on Facebook already.
After the Zoo trip, we went to watch Gamer. Not my type of show but this was what they had left for the both of us to watch :(
Watched this 2 shows recently. Niceee..!!
Watched G-Force with the kids last week during the youth outreach. Very cute show. Haha. And then watched Aliens in the attic today. It was okay also. Love watching movies!
I was doing the application Facebook on 'What does God want You To Know'. And today, it was on Faith. And this is what the message said:
On this day of your life, Elizabeth, we believe God wants you to know...
... that faith is exactly what it takes to get through uncertainty.
Faith is not necessary when you know how things are going to work out, - that's knowledge. It's in the time of unknowing that having faith is what sees you through to the other side. Faith is what gives you strength. Faith is that light in your heart that keeps on shining even when it's all darkness outside. Now is the time to keep that faith alive!
I started to recall those times when things were really tough for me. And taking the step of faith to trust God really took a great faith. And God was faithful. Even when i have been faithless, He still remains faithful. I'm so proud that i have a God who is alive and not dead! Thank You Jesus for not giving up on someone like me.
I went to work today. Decide to work to earn some money. Need it for something. And, the good news is, my bank account is no longer stuck at $3.09. For the past week, i've been saving. I'm learning how to save money. There's so many things i want to get. But i realised, building fund is coming. So, i started saving money too late to get those things. But it's okay. Giving to God is always a pleasure. And i can't wait to give again. Cause i know there are greater breakthroughs coming. I got to work more consistently now.
There's something that i also decided to start doing from tomorrow onwards. I'm going to eat lesser and do eat ups every night. I was called "Fat" twice today. Was really very sad. But someone did comfort me. To that person, "Thank You!"
